Do you charge fees or commissions for your products and services?
At Travel Money Oz there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you get. Some foreign exchange retailers charge fees or a commission when you buy or sell currency. Travel Money Oz offers our services with no additional fees or commission.
I am leaving today/tomorrow. Do I need to pre-order my currency or will you have what I need in store?
We offer a Cash Commitment, which means we'll always have our top currencies in store, or you will receive up to $100*. This includes USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, JPY, IDR, THB and SGD. For all other currencies, it's likely we will, but feel free to give us a bell just in case. *Cash Commitment T&Cs apply.
What foreign currencies do you have available?
From AED to ZAR, we've got over 60 currencies available in store, and over 45 online. If you're heading to a more unique destination and unsure if we'll have your currency, give us a bell, or visit us in store, and we'll do our very best to make sure you take off with what you need.
What does your Best Price Guarantee mean?
When you're taking a holiday overseas, the more spending money you have at your disposal, the better! Our Best Price Guarantee ensures you get the best deal available when buying (or selling) foreign currency with Travel Money Oz. Yep, we guarantee we'll beat any Australian competitor's overall transaction price by $1AUD or more on any foreign currency we trade. What does your Rate Guard mean?
Exchange rates change frequently. That’s kind of their thing. There’s nothing worse than exchanging your Aussie dollars one day, only to find they’ve significantly improved the next. Rate Guard is our way of saving you from exchange rate movements. If you purchase foreign currency in store and the retail exchange rates improve within 14 days, we’ll pay you the difference*. Rate Guard is available on the following currencies; USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, IDR, FJD, THB, JPY, SGD, CAD, CNY. *Rate Guard T&Cs apply.
