ATM Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the FX ATM service provided by Travel Money Oz as part of a trial. By using this ATM or accessing the URL link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

References to “Travel Money Oz”, “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these Terms and Conditions shall mean Travel Money Currency Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 46 121 451 723) trading as 'Travel Money Oz’. References to “you” and “your” in these Terms and Conditions shall mean the customer.

1. To use the FX ATM

a. Scan the QR code on the ATM or visit https://tmoz.takenote.cloud/web.

b. Pre-stage your transaction on your phone or computer by following the instructions provided on the web page.

c. Receive an order number.

d. Receive a unique PIN number.

e. Enter the order number into the ATM, followed by the PIN number to dispense the money.

2. Withdrawal Limits

a. The maximum amount you can withdraw in a single day is $ 999.

b. Each individual transaction is limited to $ 999.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

a. We collect the following information for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes: Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email Address.

b. This information is used solely for transaction verification.

c. Your data is stored securely in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988, other relevant data protection laws in Australia, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

d. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these terms, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. This includes retaining data for AML purposes, which is 7 years.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

a. Travel Money Oz will not liable for any errors, technical issues, or fraud that may occur during transactions. The ATM service is provided on an "as is" basis as part of a trial and may have limited functionality or support.

b. We do not warrant that the ATM or web services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

c. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel Money Oz's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the FX ATM or related services shall be limited to $ 999 in aggregate.

5. Indemnification

a. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Money Oz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

i. Your use of the FX ATM.

ii. Your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. Your violation of any rights of another, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

iv. Any claim that your use of the ATM caused damage to or loss of any third party.

6. Customer Support and Issue Resolution

a. If forex is not dispensed or any other issues occur, please contact us immediately at atm@travelmoneygroup.com for assistance.

b. Our team will investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

7. User Conduct

By using the FX ATM, you agree to:

a. Use the ATM only for lawful purposes.

b. Refrain from tampering with or damaging the ATM.

c. Not engage in any fraudulent activities or attempts to access unauthorized accounts or information.

d. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the ATM.

8. Security Measures

a. Ensure that you safeguard your PIN and do not share it with others. Use secure devices to pre-stage transactions.

b. Report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized transactions immediately to our customer support.

9. Termination Clause

a. We reserve the right to terminate this trial at any time without notice.

b. In case of termination, your data will be handled according to our data protection policy and deleted as necessary.

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on https://tmoz.takenote.cloud/web, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
